0 commentsPlanning a wedding reception and ceremony as a wedding planner is not an easy task but I have been selected by the Katur family to plan and execute their reception and ceremony in Manlius at their private residence:
It is a two day affair – a Indian traditional wedding with guests coming in from India and many other States – The Katur family are local MD’s at the hospital in Syracuse:
I have been able to get the tent, linens,tables, caterer, staff, and a list a mile long of all that we need in good time – even a bathroom trailer!
This will be my third wedding as a planner!
We are looking forward to a great wedding ceremony and reception for the family and guests!

0 commentsWe just completed a really busy weekend:
Friday the 22nd May
took us to one of our favorite venues – Bayshore Grove in Oswego – incredible location and views across the water!
The owner George is incredible to work with and his staff are 100 out 10 – in other words – the nicest staff you could EVER meet!
George has recommended us to so many couples and we thank him for that!

Saturday 23rd of May
took us to New Hartford and the home of Danielle’s Banquets:
We used our famous uplighting and downlighting to highlight the Bride and Grooms table
We did our first “SILOUWED” – a trademarked feature only available from Kevin Colangelo DJ’s – picture to be posted here later:
Sunday 24th May
driving overnight from Danielle’s banquet center we arrived in New Jersey at 5am on Sunday morning – Monteville Inn – and had 3 hours sleep – then unloaded for Jason’s Bar Mitzvah at this exclusive restaurant:

Next weekend I am at bayshore Grove – Wedding – Oswego, on Friday then onto Danielle’s, New Hartford on Saturday for another wedding then on Sunday in New Jersey for a Bar Mitzvah in Monteville !
Busy busy busy!
Bookings for 2010 are flooding in and our new photo booth which we purchased recently is being booked well into 2010:

0 commentsWe traveled to Shelborne in Vermont last weekend for the Bat Mitzvah celebration of Amanda at Shelborne Estate in VT:
This event was in the region of about a $50,000 budget for everything:
We had on site lighting technicians, caterers and photo booth together with dance revolution and various other elements including our up lighting feature:
